Just a thought. Call HWH and ask them. Their # is 800-321-3494 or 563-724-3396 if the 800 # does not work for you. Hope this helps

Thanks for the info. As far as the call back system is concerned i'm familiar with that particular process. What did you end up doing? I have to check out a couple more things but i'm pretty sure I have a power problem; either the solenoid, maybe the ground is weak or the motor gave up. I'm gonna put direct current to the terminals this morning and see what happens.
