HWH levelling jacks.

2008 Tiffin Phaeton 42 Diesel Pusher, coach was sitting in winter for 3 months. Drove to Virginia, started to deploy the jacks, the air dumped, the pump started deploying the jacks for 10 seconds, then everything stopped. Jacks retracted, next day had to fiddle with the control panel to get the dump valve to close. Lights on the control panel and board are on.

I am thinking there must be a breaker somewhere to get the pump working again. Any idea where I might find the breaker? Other advice is welcome.

Call HWH at (800) 321-3494. Helps to have your VIN too. Very helpful people.

Had to replace the identical panel in my 2007 Allegro Bus. HWH was very helpful and the changeout was easy.

Try removing the plugs on the back of the board you may have to remove the board than plug back in it will re set the board some times if the battery is down it needs to be re set.

Being that you can still fiddle with the system tells me the main 40A fuse by the pump is intact. Your system looks like a 610 or maybe 625, has the same overlay as my 610. Can you follow the harness from the touchpad to the control box? Mine is under dash on the firewall. There is a lot of fuses on the box. Do you have the manual for your system? You can pull them down from HWH.
Paul (Azpete) is a commercial member here that is a traveling tech for HWH and says his phone is always on. Leave a msg if he doesn't answer and he'll call you back 602-549-3638. Before you call him download the manual for your model so you can look in the manual at the troubleshooting section.
