HWH Model 210 (Joy STick Controlled) leveling system

I have a 1999 Itasca Suncruiser with HWH model 210 leveling system.
I used the levelers last week and they worked fine. Then I retracted them to make a short trip. Now, they won't extend. Fuses seem ok, power light comes on, parking brake is on, and there is a yellow light indicating not level on the driver's side.

When I put both levers in "Operate" position and move the joystick, no matter what position I try, all I hear is a slight "thunk" from somewhere in front of the coach.

I want to check the fluid but can't find where the tank is. Anyone help?

Look up high in front of the wheels while someone tries operating the system and find the pump assembly. The solenoid for the motor may not be making good contact or the motor itself could be bad. I suspect the solenoid will be the culprit. You could take a hammer a tap the motor a good blow near the contactor; being careful not to make contact with any electrical posts. Retest operation and let us know what you find.

My friend Larry just fixed mine. If you take off the cover to the joysticks and turn that top piece over you will see three small springs CAREFULLY file across each one and then re-install and see if the unit works. Worth a try and it's a cheap fix! ;o) C-man

Man you guys are so good...
I rapped the motor with a hammer and now it's working fine.
Thanks a million...
