HWH power leveling system

While making a quick stop at a red light my system acted up.

All of the lights on my control panel (next to drivers left arm) started
to flash and would not stop.

I pulled over and after a few minutes the flashing seemed to stop
on its one.

Here is a link to the HWH service manuals...

Owners Manual - Public

How do I find out which model number I have in my 2006 Monaco Diplomat?

Any of you seen this before?

Thanks

The link you provided goes to owners manuals on the MCD sunshade website. Try the HWH web site where you can access this document to help you identify your system. Once you know what system you have, troubleshooting guides can also be found on the HWH website under "Customer Support & Technical Services."

I have had the "jack extended" warning light and buzzer come on once or twice. Sometimes a jack will creep down a tiny amount and set off the alarms due thermal expansion of the hydraulic fluid. I just pressed the STORE button and the alarm quit. If that doesn't work, try pulling over and turning off the key momentarily to reset the system.

Good advice from Paz.

Also, some systems have a fluid-based alarm system. If your fluid level is very close to tripping the float, the rocking motion of a sudden stop could set off the alarm.

hwh systems do not depend on fluid level to indicate jacks up or down. they have magnetic sensors that open and close to indicate. jack position. power gear depends on a float switch in the tank to do that job. this information is in both manuals.
what this seems to indicate is a loose connection. either 12v positive or even a ground.
one place to check is the bolts that hold the pump assembly to the frame. if these bolts are loose, the stop would cause the assembly to rock, breaking the ground.
causing the flash. if it was something more, it would seem that the flashing would continue. a service manual will help with the diagnostics.
a 2006 would have either a 625 full automatic or a 325 touch panel manual system. it it has an outline around the lights on the panel, its a 625s, which is a one touch system.

Thanks

I looked at all of the owners manuals and have not seen
a touch panel which is like mine.

Mine is marked P/N 500629. I'm thinking that may be the part number
for the touch panel only.

Still confused.

Did you look at the system identification document in my first post (Post #2)? This document shows all the control panels in one place so you can match yours up the picture without having to look at each individual manual. Sometimes a little additional info is needed like the shape of the electrical box to pin down the exact model. This should all be shown in the ID document.

touch panel

all hwh parts numbers start with AP or RAP and a 4 or 5 number sequence after that. make sure you have a hwh system. sounds like a RVA system to me.

So, if I have this right, there are 3 different brands of levelers
that may have been factory installed by Monaco in 2006.

Is that correct?

HWH, Power Gear or RVA

I think mine may be Power Gea,r but still am not sure
where to locate my model number to confirm which brand it is.

Thanks!
