HWH problem - clicking

I just took my 2005 Mandalay Presidio out of storage and the HWH system has an issue.

The system:
HWH 325 with BI-AXIS hydraulic leveling and 4 room extensions

The Symptoms:
Initially slides were moving very slowly, I extended front passenger slide then went to rear

Rear passenger slide was even slower & I could hear high frequency clicking in controller bay, the slide did extend

Rear driver slide (only slide with no travel lock) would not extend and clicking in controller bay slowed to 2 clicks per second

I tried the leveling, they worked but were slow. Once there was weight on them they got very slow. For some reason the store function would not work so I retracted manually.

After actuating the leveling system the front passenger slide retracted (low wit clicking).

After a couple hours the I got the rear passenger slide in a couple of inches.

The 3 main fuses are OK. When checking them the wires came out of the connector to the 12 V main. I soldered tires into connector but system behavior did not change.

I measured 14V at main, it drops to 12 V when slide is actuated.

Any ideas? My house batteries are at the end of their useful life, I will check them next.

Sounds like low/bad batteries or a bad connection somewhere.

Right on! Thanks guys!

It is a bad battery disconnect. I bypassed it and everything works again. Being plugged in masked the battery disconnect issue.

Thanks again! Issue closed.
