I got mine direct from HWH. Tech was very helpful to make sure I got the correct springs. New springs and spraying the cylinders with transmission fluid solved my problem.

HWH has a newer spring. They will fix you up with the right spring for your jack. Their phone number is 800-321-3494. They are user friendly.
