Hydraulic jack issues

Thanks to everyone for the assistance with my ATS. I found it, ON the Generator behind the starter switch and breakers. Now one last major issue. I have a 2006 Damon Intruder with Hydoric jacks. I have power to the jacks, they try to retract when i hit retract, but they do not go down. I hear them make a slight click sound but they do not engage. I have good voltage from the Pos and Neg on the Jack pump cylinoide. Any other suggestions?

you say try to retract then you say wont go down..which is it?? if wont go up I have put a shovel under the pad and pry to assist..if that wont work then find your pump and feel behind or sides ect and you should feel a T-type handle..then counterclockwise till it hits springs I can feel it on mine then you have to have the sysem on and hit store to do it and they should just come up or assist again..then close valve again..you could try this to go down also as sit may be shuttle vavle problem and releasing pressure may help.. jeff

jacks

I said "Try to retract". The pump works when i hit retract for a few seconds then shuts off since they are already retracted. It only makes a click when i try to extend them.
