Hydraulic pump 2008 scepter

I keep blowing the breaker on the hydraulic pump for my front slides. I put two new ones in but they also blow. I had the breakers checked and they were good. The motor doesn't seem to be working hard when they blow. I load tested the batteries and they are good. Any suggestions?

what system do you have? if hwh, the motor draws 105 to 125 amps to start.
usually the problem is the hydraulic solenoids. check them with an ohm meter. hwh hydraulic solenoids should show between 14 and 16 ohms. anything outside that, they should be replaced.
my advise would be to download a service manual for your system.
the operators manual does not supply enough information to do a good diagnosis.

They have hydraulic solenoids for each slide. Both slides going in and out will blow the breaker. Are talking about the electric solenoid on the on the hydraulic pump?

I'm no expert on slide pumps but most hyd. pumps have a relief or recycle valve to prevent bursting lines. Like said the pump fuse will be big amps.
Is it a low amp system fuse that's blowing could be bad hyd.pump solinoid switch.

If you have a small oil leak by the pump motor, the motor may be shorting out. Typically the seal on the hydraulic pump goes bad and then leaks hydraulic fluid into the electric motor and shorts it out.
