Hydro Hot zones and service intervals

Hello everyone - Just purchased a 2007 American Tradition w/ Hydro Hot heating and can't figure out how to set the basement heating temperatures? My other question is the hydro hot has 250 hours on the meter, should the nosil be replaced?

Thanks!

Filter and nozzle get replace annually. Run the system monthly or so to keep it in good operating condition. Do a google search for AquaHot forum. Roger Burke knows all.

Our previous coach was an 09 American Allegiance. The Aqua Hot had a built in non adjustable thermostat for the basement. Once you turn it on (electric or burner) it will automatically run the heater for the basement.

Regarding hours, read your manual or call the manufacturer.
If a sheet of paper gets spots on it when held in front of the exhaust, the nozzle is spitting more than misting. This mucks up the combustion chamber and stinks more. It isn't difficult. A full PM is in order per the manual, including nozzle and filter change, and cleaning of the combustion chamber. Neglect means inefficient burn and possible $ shock

AH has stopped putting hour meters on their units. I called and the tech said we should service them annually, regardless of hours.
