My coach is so filthy I waited till late last night to drive it to Krogers to fuel up for the MO trip. First time I got all 35 gallons at a discount price. Sure glade no one saw me.

Doesn't washing a rig cause rain, and any polishing a hurricane?
Only had one day of rain, with a nice layer of fine dust, during over 4 months in AZ. Yep! Had it washed the day before.
My rig wears dirt more proudly than others.

Not sure about the sealer you used but when just polishing them normally if you do the last polish coat with just plain water then rainwater will not stick nor wil you get water spots. It really repells roadsalt as well just not as long.
Step was not done and these wheels started life as machine surfaced.

That is one Badass rig!! Wow!!
I will stay with the ZOOP, I did my custom Chopper a few years ago and they still look like chrome!

If you want to speed up the process and if they are really bad, I would use Eagle One Aluminum Wheel Etch and then rinse them really good with water (alot of water) Then start the polishing process I described above. If you concentrate on the wheels and don't get distracted you will only spend a few hours doing this. I would have to say that it is so worth the time you take. The longer you polish the better they will look and there is nothing like clean chrome looking wheels!

Man of my kind of thinking! I've found the camper I'm parking next to. Just thinking, if it rains at The Cape, I might just put my speedo on and suds the beast down.

Check around truck stop truck washes, usually they offer aliminum polishing I had 6 wheels on my Peterbilt machine polished for 5 bucks a wheel.If you are in Charlotte NC area Mcarthy tire off of Graham street has a polishing machine they can put the entire wheel in and it comes out looking like yours I had a used wheel polished on it when I cracked a steer on my Peterbilt it cost about $50.00 a wheel but looks like new.
