Maybe you did this but, the next time you do it when you want to get all the black polish off use flour or baking soda on a soft cloth. This works really great and saves a lot of rubbing and getting rubber arms. Used this method for years on my big rig, works great, as you would know an old timer passed this on to me so I pass it on to you. Jim

Hey SC3283,
A bunch of us are heading down to Cape Girardeau,MO. for the weekend of April 11,12,13,14 for some fun, and to meet a bunch of fellow IRV2's.
We are staying at The Cape RV Park.
Come on down and let's take a look at those wheels!
Craig

I went looking for the ZOOP Sealer and it seems that it is no longer available. It has been replaced with ShineSeal found at ShineSeal.com.

I have Accu-ride/Accu-shield...they say not to use abrasives of any kind to clean them. In fact they say do not even wax or polish them, wash only.

Those wheels look truely incredible! Two things.

First, don't do if the DW if just learning how to drive the RV (curbing them would be a crime!).

Second, I'd highly recommend Wheel Wax or Rim Wax. Both are formulated specifically for the higher temperatures the wheels experience over painted surfaces. They prevent all sorts of things from sticking to the wheels...so cleaning them is almost just hosing them off.

Just my two cents.

Mark

Hey Blaster 22,
I have to tell you.......my wheels are Accu-ride and they turned out like this!!
I am not sure why they would tell you that but, I like this look way better than the way they looked before.
To each his own.....
Craig

Hey Craig N Deb just so you know your theory of shiney and waxed to dirty and muddy came true today!! Left Spokane for the Oregon coast this morning. Left with polished wheels and gleaming coach and immediately hit rain, wind and oily misty roads. So much for the sore rubbing shoulders. But you know we'll do it all over again!!
