Angry Ice maker wiring harness

I have a Norcold 1200LRIM 4 door refrigerator thats giving me fits. My RV is a 2004 National Dolphin I purchased new. Recently the ice maker started over flowing the water resulting in 2 inches of ice in the freezer compartment. Not thinking I began to thaw the ice with a heat gun which worked fine. Being over ten years old I replaced the ice maker and water control valve thinking all was well. Not so, No ice at all. I've narrowed the problem to the fuse in the wire harness that goes through the rear wall of the freezer compartment.
Problem...How in the world can I get to the back of the freezer to un plug the harness without pulling the whole unit out? Rather then do that I've considered using my trusty Dremmel to cut a hole in the back so I can reach in to un plug the old and plug in the new. Of course I would make a cover to seal what I've removed and no harm would be done.
Anybody else have this problem? Solution?

Not sure on your floor plan, but is there another way to access the back of the fridge? Let's say from the inside? On mine I believe I can access the back from the bathroom. There is a panel at the top that has screws in it so I assume it is for some type of access. Of course mine is not the same as yours and of course I am Assuming.
