Ideal Rest Bed Issue

We have a 2013 Itasca with a queen size Ideal Rest bed. We feel the middle of the bed is lower than the sides lately. It is like a tub.
We have st both sides on 50 (the highest).
Please advise if we should do anything to help.
The board below the bed is not bent.

I'm not familiar with the mattress brand, but it sounds like an air mattress where each side can be set to a different pressure, like a Sleep Number Bed.
If you take the top of the mattress off (probably a zipper of some sort) so that you can see the individual air chambers inside you'll find some sort of a support between the two chambers. I'd expect it to be some sort of foam, and it's probably worn out and needs to be replaced - just the foam in between the air chambers, not the entire mattress.
You can probably find something suitable at a local hobby store.
Get the best/firmest foam you can buy, otherwise it'll be too soft and you still have the same problem.

Junk it and get a Sleep Number bed. Sounds like the
foam has fatiqued. It's old...

I have heard that Sleep Number is a good one but not ready to junk this for financial reasons. Is three or four years too long for a mattress?
I remember our old bed lasted more than 10 years.

The air chambers are covered with a foam/memory foam topper. It slips down when the bed is raised. Maybe is has moved to much. Be sure you have the bed pumped up as they don't seem to hold air well. We replaced ours with a Tempurpedic. If you need any parts I still have the air chambers.

Well....it was "operators error" as they say. The board on the bed was split broken causing the bed to sag. Have new solid board instead of very flimsy cardboard. It is heavier.
I dont have the shocks that keeps the bed in up position installed. I am wondering if the old shocks are strong enough to keep the new heavier board up.
Any recommendation is appreciated.

Bed support

My bed is so heavy that I don't have any of the shocks. I have cut a 2x4 about 4 ft long that I use to brace the bed when I pick it up. Even then it sometimes sounds like it's going to break the bottom of the bed. I need to put a brace on the bottom of the bed to brace the 2x4 against when the bed is up. Maybe a metal plate with the brace would help the strength of the bed bottom. I store the 2x4 in my closet

The Ideal Rest Mattress in our 2014 Adventurer was provided by Innomax. Called Dave, per information here, and he was excellent. Installed new parts and our problem is solved. They are a responsible company with caring employees. We have returned the old parts to avoid core charges.
