identification of switch needed

I have a 93 Winnebago Vectra diesel pusher. On the baseboard near the dining table I have a LP gas detector with a switch and indicator light above it. I do not know what this switch does. Can anyone help? Also, where on this coach are the basement A/C filters?

TIA

Bob

hmm, wonder if that switch operates the block heater. My block heater has a "lit switch". It also pulls about 10 Amps AC when on. Does your motorhome show AC current use, can you see what the load is with this switch on?

Possibly dishwasher/microwave selector. I'm guessing though. here's a link to the manuals.

Give Winnebago a call. They are real good at answering questions and have the resources at their fingertips. A trip to the factory, maybe the WIT club National Grand Raley next year, would be a good way to get all of the info you need on your vintage unit and have fun at the same time. If you are not a WIT member I recommend it. If you do want service from the factory you are wise to make an appointment. They charge more to walkins and the WIT club members get a parts and store discount when at Forest City.

The comments on the switch are interesting. That seems like a strange location for a commonly used switch like for the diswasher/microwave. What about the basement lights?

That's exactly what the electric element switch on my water heater looks like.
