Nice tease Ernie, now how about expanding on the photos, where did you get the flooring, laminate, what kind is it, what about the bull nose, how is it attached. I know a photo is supposed to be worth a 1000 words.....but as number 5 said, I need input,...don't remember no 5?
Anyhoo, great job
Happy Trails
Jim

Thanks Don and Jack. Excellent pictures. That gives me some ideas. Don the number 20 on yours should mean a 20 pound force.

Would love to see the other 999 pictures of the entry overhauls.

All are very nice. Gives me some ideas. I think I have some of those stair treads at work leftover from a constuction job. Thanks...

Sorry, it took so long for me to get back to the questions. I get my treads from a floorcovering distributor. Thats where I get all my supplies. If you search Roppe and look for rubber treads in the raised round style, then maybe you can find a full service retail flooring store that handles commercial flooring. You will not find this quality at Home Depoty, Lowes, or Menards. They do have treads but they are cheap knock offs.
On the engineered wood, again- full retail flooring stores. They have the knowledge of what kind of trim and the sizes to go with the thickness of the floor. You can get unfinished stair nose, T moulding, quarter round from and oak floor supplier, if you have the talent to stain it. The 3 box stores do have that moulding- but may not have the color that your require.
I have an Allegro bus that just arrived and wait till you see the before and after photos. Ernie

Excellent. With full-time in the '14 windshield - will be looking you up again next year. Been working on which direction to head out of Plano as we begin the journey. May just make it your place - if not before.
