Angry Ignition Point Sets For Kohler K582 Generator
I have been informed by Winnebago, that ignition point sets for my Kohler Model K582 generator are no longer available.

I have a 1989 Winnebago Cheiftan Model WCN31RQ.

Has anyone found readily available point sets that will work, or a source for the original generator point sets?

Any links, and/or other information you can pass on to me would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked into a electronic ignition conversion. I did one on a boat years ago and it resolved all problems from points.
