Impressed by Brazel's

Wow, wife and I flew out to visit friends in Olympia Tuesday. This morning I said I wanted to drive down to Centralia and see where Brazel's was located and go in to look around.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ben and explained I flew in to visit friends and wanted to see their operation while I was here. He took me into the shop and explained what they did and recommend some changes to my W24 chassis and gave me some ideas to think about as well.

Never rushed me, answered my questions and made me feel like I was a paying customer instead of a visitor. I told Ben I would be back next year and making a beeline to Brazel's and have them do the things he recommended.

Thank you guys for your first class operation.
Tom

Been there a couple times, once for a NW Meet and Greet and once for an alignment. I'm happy with their work and ethics!

A great shop review Tom!

I have a W25.5, very similar to yours, what ideas did Brazels give you to think about?

I'm with Mr-D.
I talked to John at Brazel's while I was there for a repair and before I knew it he had offered all 19 parking spots and would make arrangements at a local café to have a meeting dinner then would throw a BBQ at the garage for us.
I was knocked out ! I thought know one would go that far out of their way for strangers.
While there almost everyone had some work done by Brazel's.
Wonderful very talented people there.

George, the top 3 items Ben recommended I should get done were Ultra Power, SafeTPlus, plugs and wires. No hard sell, just enhancements to put more horsepower and torque to the rear wheels and safety in case of blow out. Then suggested I consider Koni shocks, alignment and rear trac bar if needed.

Told me about a device I can hook to my OBD plug that will download info from chassis and I can upload to a computer and send to them so they can analyze any issues I am having on the road.

Can't wait to get back here next year and get these things done. Really impressed with this company. Told Ben about my rigorous maintenance schedule and he said there wasn't anything else he would recommend I do differently.

Hope this info helps with your decision process. BTW, they were packed with coaches being repaired/upgraded!

Unfortunately I have had a lot of work done there. The unfortunate part is needing the work done. The fortunate part is they know what, how, and quality of the work at a fair price. I have had several componates installed and tested and several warranty items done by them, they know how to write up the warranty info so there is no problem. They are always looking for possible problems on yearly maintenance so to alert you of work possibly needed with no pressure to have the work done, just the alert. I'll be back this late fall for the yearly checkup and service.

Tom,

The UltraPower you can do yourself and it is a major improvement in power and torque as well transmission shift management. I am impressed with Brazel's as you are. Blown away actually! They have an unending amount if upgrades. I installed the UltraPower on my 2006 MH a few years ago and what a difference it made. I have since upgraded to a DP and just left Brazel's a couple days ago getting a slide out repaired that CW messed up. I got a Scan Gauge while I was there and drooled over some other upgrades I would like to get. The wife looks at it like an adult candy store for men with RV's! Lol!

I feel very lucky to live 30 miles from Brazels.
I have never given so much money to anyone and felt so good about it. Really.

I am more into results than cost.
The old, do it right or do it over deal.

Alan in service is second to none.
