info neaded 5.9 dp

looking at a 99 coachman 33 dp it has a 230 hp 5.9 what kind of mileage
would it get ? oil changes how much oil ? one or more filters ? any info
good or bad thanks john

I get 10-11 mpg, but mine is only 190hp. I think it holds about 12 quarts of oil.

Call Freightliner @ 800 385-4357 with your vin #. They will give you all your serial numbers for engine, trans, etc.

Then call Cummins @ 800 343-7357 with your engine sn and they will give you the oil change quantity. Cummings has different size oil pans so be sure to get the correct info from Cummins.

12-12.5mpg. One engine oil filter, one fuel filter. 15-18 quarts on engine oil.
