Information on warranties
What is the statute of limitation period written into the warranty and or sales contract for Newmar and Tiffin motorhomes. In other words what does the manufacturer list as the lime limit for filing a law suit after expiration of the warranty period.
Just curious as I'm looking to purchase one of these motorhomes.

Purchase decision won't be based on any time limit...just wondering because I have it on good authority that some manufacturers are limiting customers rights to pursue litigation once the warranty period is over. I've heard of language written into sales contracts and warranties limiting any actions to as little as 90 days in some cases. I've also heard of courts upholding these silly clauses. So just gathering information here.
