We have about 162,000 miles on ours, and plan on keeping it for another two years or so (unless you want to give us a good price for it
). One thing to look for in older coaches is chassis rubber bushings and coolant hoses. We just had ours replaced along with new rear shocks, and the coach rides totally different--of course, we left about $14,000 at Country Coach! Engine and tranny keeps ticking along; we had engine service done in December about 6,000 miles ago, and no appreciable oil use yet. Look for a coach with a floor plan you like, and have it checked out. Probably the least of your worries should be the engine.
