Installing Karndean Flooring

Looking for any info on the ease of installation of Karndean flooring. Easy to cut? Looks like its glue down product. Their website is less than helpful. Looks like a quality product. I am looking at the woodplank vinyl flooring.

I have put kardean in a couple of houses. It is an excellent product from a durability a appearance standpoint. A little pricey! It is glue down. Use their recommended adhesive. Cuts easy. Straight edge and a utility knife. Score the clean side, slowly, and bend to break. I installed with the black strips between. Real nice stuff.
