Instrument cluster failed?

I have a 03 pace arrow 37a and all the gauges are not working, (speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, temp, etc...)

Checked all fuses and breakers and still nothing!

Anyone have any ideas on what could cause this problem.

Most of those had an Actia dash panel that failed all the time. They were covered under warranty for years because of the failure rate. Read through this link LCD Display on instrument Cluster
