instrument panel replacement

I have a 2006 Georgie Boy Pursuit with a Ford chassis. My instrument panel is a dull looking grey flat panel. Before i attached a suction cup to it it was not the most attractive. Once i took the suction cup off there was this black ring where the cup was. When i tried to clean this black ring it only made it worse. Guess that grey hatch pattern was painted on.
What i would like to do is replace the panel with something else.
Has anyone ever replaced theirs? If so what problems did you have with switches etc.
Are there companies that specialize in this so switch labels will be there?
Thanks in advance.

You can get a dye at Advance Auto to change the color. Other consideration is salvage yard for replacement.
