Pricing depends on several factors, i'm sure a big one on what you're driving.

Our older 03 Itasca Sunova costs $404 a year to insure. Have full coverage but i have opted for a higher than normal deductible to get the annual premium down a little.

What do you consider Full Coverage?

What I pay is based on year/model of rig, my coverage level, medical, uninsured, towing, location, my age, my credit report, my driving record etc etc etc
Get several quotes from various companies using the SAME coverage/deductibles and then decide what is best for you

YES.......
I would consider $99/month high

Since you didn't state what coverages that provides, or the vehicle being insured, or the location, it could be anywhere from ripoff to fantastic bargain. $1200/year is on the range of possible realistic prices, but as you can see, more than some pay, and certainly less than some others. Mine runs $875 yearly for collision & comp with $1000 deductible and $100k liability.

There are so many factors involved, and such a wide spread of rates resulting from them, that it is pretty much impossible to compare rates or companies. You need to get several quotes and do the best you can. An agency that specializes in RV is probably your best bet, e.g. Miller RV Insurance.

There are no simple answers on insurance.

You need to comparison shop the reputable companies. Price depends on your driving record, location class, and each level of coverage.

I am in Rural Route Class 1. It is the lowest location cost in PA. If I lived in Philladelpia the over-all rate would triple.

Each insurer has rates that vary by state, or even by county.

Make sure the quotes are one-on-one for all coverage levels. Some like to provide lower pricing via lower coverage.

So, no simple answers. You must shop. Brokers may help.

Best of luck!

It all depends on the age of the rig, replacement cost, driving record, credit rating, etc. I carry $300,000 liabiltiy and $1000 deductibles on a 2 year old rig and pay around $100 per month.

Insurance is too complex to compare simply on amount paid.

Also each state has its own insurance laws and regulations. Insurance companies must write policies that abide by these.
Just make a sure that when your are speaking to different companies your are comparingbthe exact same coverages

I have 300k liability and a $500 deductible. I pay about $1200/yr. Plus I get Coach Net as an add on, for roadside assistance.
