Have to replace both walls in cab. Wonder if anyone has found anything else to use. Like to not put wallpaper back up so if it should leak it won’t be hidden by wallpaper.

Insurance coverage for leaks

Finally found someone to find the leak. Something where the gutter meets the front cap seam .
My question now is what do you use to replace the rotten mahogany luan before replacing wallpaper

We live in Texas, near the Gulf. In 2017, while I was out of the country, we had a freak storm that ripped off the roof A/C cover and poured water in through the A/C. I came home to an inch of water through out the front of the coach. I have insurance through Good Sam, both vehicle insurance and extended warranty. They paid about one/half of the cost of repairs to the carpet, floors, and some of the wall damage. Some of the damage was clearly something caused by leaks around the driver's window and occurred over time, that they would not pay. It took some negotiating, but they came through reasonably well.

Not covered unless “Sudden”. Word used by both National General. Had my roof damaged by a windstorm in Illinois three months ago. Progressive denied our claim stating “ Wear and Tear” and “Lack of Maintenance “. Even though I had thoroughly inspected the roof in February they denied due to a lack of receipts showing I had a shop do the inspection. $20,000 for a new roof.
