Maybe state to state differences? I'm in Florida. Where are you? Those increases we're with no changes on my part, tickets accidents etc......

No increase in rate.

Progressive was cheaper than Allied last year by $70 so I did not change.
We just got our renewal with Progressive and our rate went down quite a bit. We have total loss replacement coverage and liability at $500,000 / $1,000,000

Insurance increase

Got Progressive renewal rate and it increased 44%. They said that rates were adjusted in CA by zip code this year. I think it was BS. Haven't had any claims. The discussion about replacement value made sense. Maybe I should reduce that value.

If you want interesting reading; do a "Google" search for auto insurance rates.

My Progressive Insurance went down 10% this fall to $400 total. Glad I live in north TX. We have some of the best rated schools in "THE" lowest USA cost of living area.

Full Timers.
