Another good reason for running the generator while traveling is so that you can keep the propane valved off for safety while keeping your refrigerator cooling.

Shoot... when I bought my rig a few years ago the genny had 75 hrrs on it. It now had 650. Just ran it for 5 days straight a couple weeks ago. Its nice having an interior at 72 degrees when I arrive at my destination and full use of the outlets
