Internet installation from cable company - question

We are at a park for the next 5 months and the local cable company is coming tomorrow to hard wire internet to the coach. It got me thinking, how will the cable wire from the post outside the coach get to a modem in the coach.

I looked in the basement where the cable tv comes in and there is another cable outlet but it is marked tripod. Can they hook into that and then find the tripod wire in the coach and hook the modem to that wire. As I type I can't think of why they couldn't but why not ask.

Thanks for all replies.

Usually, when a modem and router or other cable boxes are needed, the installation guy will run the cable from the post up through a slide under seal and then you connect the equipment from cable co to your equipment with Ethernet cables or hdmi cablesor wireless. Hard wire is better than wireless especially if gaming or heavy graphics use. If he goes the route of your normal cable connection that cable usually routesto a central location where your splitters for multiple RV's, satellite, stereo amp receiver etc.
