Iphone holder
I am looking for a good, stable iPhone holder for my 1999 Country Coach, preferably one that has a good suction cup mount. I have a iPhone 7plus and use it for GPS and hands free phone conversations and need it fairly close to my face. I tried one Chinese made mount and it broke after a few thousand miles of use.
What is everybody using?
Thanks,
Jim

VELCRO, enough said!
I have two fuzzy strips on the back of my phone case, two hook strips on the center of my steering wheel, If battery gets low , a power wire to USB port.

I am in the hunt for the same thing!
I need something that stands up high enough so I don't have to look down to see the GPS on the phone.
Have not been able to find anything. Most of them have magnets and don't hold a good angle while driving.

iOttie makes some good ones. This is what I use but they also make it without wireless charging https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0754NDNT8..._o6lOCbT7CK6CJ

Ram Mounts X-grip! You can buy different lenth arms, the suction cup is great and if you’re like me you just bypass the suction mount and just put one of the ball mounts right into the dash. I’m about to do the same for my GPS and ditch the Garmin stock suction mount that falls about every 2 weeks when suctioned.

This might be over kill but I thought I'd share. I have one that I use in my car. I spend a lot of time behind the wheel for work. They are working on a newer version with better hookup to phone. This is nice because you don't have to take your eyes off the road. Whatever is on your phone shows on the heads up display. If you get a call or text, it too will notify you.

well, I bit the bullet and ordered a RAM X grip with locking suction cup, an additional long arm and double ball to attach it. Kind of pricy at $85 shipped for everything but hopefully it will work well and last.
Thanks for everyone's input and good luck to all!

I know you said you had it figured out, but going to just post this for anyone else who stumbles into this thread in the future.
I had similar wants and desires to find a holder that actually worked, so I ordered what seemed like the best choice from Amazon. Used the mount for a few days, came to the conclusion it did not worked, so sent it back and ordered another one. I did this over, and over, and over, and over, probably 12 to 15 times. I kept thinking surely there has to be one that will work, I tried the ones that attach to vents, the ones that use a suction cup, the ones that are like a tripod, ones that had springs, etc., seriously I tried them all.
After all my trial & error, this one seems like the best, and appears to be built the best
However have to give this one a close second, but is not built as well as the other one, has not broken yet, but its plastic whereas the other is aluminum
FYI my phone is a Samsung S9+ with a case, so way bigger and heavier than an Iphone 7, also these two mounts are the only ones that works in my 2015 F250, phone never moves when I am driving down really bad dirt roads with giant pot holes beating the heck out of the ride.
Good luck!
