Is anyone familiar with the 2005 Winnebago Voyager?

A few days we took possession of the MH from PPL in Houston - WITHOUT OWNER'S MANUAL. Who knew that within days we'd be facing sub-zero temps and no idea WHERE the hot water heater is. The ONLY area which seems to be the likely location (there's a vent/grill) has no thumb screw or latch to open up the area. We're clueless...does anyone have any suggestions; better yet, do you have the owner's manual?

Our water heater is just to the right of the entrance door on the passenger side of the motorhome. You have to open the outside storage door and then there is another cover inside that that covers the water heater.

If it's like my Sunrise there are 2 screws at the bottom of the panel and it will raise up exposing the water heater.

Ours had rusty looking screws or bolts to remove. They promptly got changed to something better.

for some reason Winnie didn't want to put a latch on that access door ( or a strut to hold it open for that matter )
