Your problem is with the roof support as trusses. For example when you drive the motor home the whole coach moves ever so slightly back and forth to and fro. The roof support system is moving and causing hair line cracks for the water to get in. EC should remove the top roof material. TPO, fiberglass, etc., and ensure the support structure is secure. Then put the new roof on. Saw this happen on several travel trailers, motorhomes, and even van roofs.

Just curious but do you have pictures of the service manager doing something horrendous to something else? I can't believe the way that company is treating you after the fact. I wish I could have been treated that way by a service provider a few years ago. You are one lucky individual.

Thanks guys, yes Entegra Coach Customer Service is outstanding and they have really tried to accommodate us throughout this entire process. I did stumble along a few poor reviews with regards to 'Never Leak RV Roofing', but we felt like our chances were better with them vs Lazydays. The never leak owner said I could watch the entire repair. The good news is we don't need to worry about either now since Entegra Coach wants the coach back to make repairs themselves.
