I hear folks say that on here all the time. my question is WHERE? I've looked on ppl and rvtrader. You aren't getting an 05' DP for $55,000. I must be looking in the wrong place.

The ones I see in theat price range are 02' and older

Some Cat's I see seem to sell for less than other DP. Also your local Craigs List FSBO is a good source.

As far as sitting to long or to low miles, that is basically an internet fantasy. You get more wear and tear on systems, chassis, hoses, etc with use than with non use.

X10.....Heat and cold are the systems killer. Sitting doesn't wear out the engine, wheel bearings, brakes, steering components or anything that is mechanical. Sitting kills the cheaper components, such as batteries, rubber hoses and things exposed to the weather.

Well here is one example....

A 2007 DP for $59,900 (before negotiations) probably could be had for $55,000
(These deals don't hang around long....this one is sold)
