There are 2 recalls on your Chassis, make sure they are completed.

Be very careful. You are still getting a massive amount of total bull**** from General RV about your problems.

Congrats; it's a great looking coach. I hope all the repairs are made without a hitch.

Hi,

They seemed fair to deal with to me.

The Tech said he thought that was the furthest the steps went in. When he pushed them they would go another inch. They have agreed to change the motor.

They were upfront about changing the jacks and slide lock.

Hi UFO Pilot,

I had asked them to check for recalls, how can I make sure they have been completed?

You could send a private message to Ed Gray with your VIN. He's the Workhorse expert on here. It sounds to me that your dealer is doing a good job, replacing the leveling system, steps, repairing the latch, I really don't know why the fearful warnings that you're being conned. The tech was wrong, but you caught that.

Thanks Bob,

I have been emailing back and forth with Ed, I just remembered he ran the VIN and got me the build sheet.

I have been all over the dealer like a cheap suit, no doubt there will be something I over looked or missed.

The drive home was very pleasant :-)

Both of the recalls on mine are "posted" on yellow stickers on the radiator mount. Open up the engine grill and look for yellow stick ons with the recall number and the date it was completed.

Congratulations on the new coach. May all of the roads be downhill and the wind at your back.
