I wish she was on a slide. Bedroom hatch! Pulled a water hose up from bottom, toothbrush and a lil purple power. Took about an hour and a half on her. Kinda fun actually.

Have'nt done mine yet, althou it's really not all that dirty. Any thing in there that would be a big no-no to get wet?
I imagine you'd want to avoid the alternator. Mabe the starter motor?

I talked to a mechanic and he said no problem. Just don't leave the purple power on long. My luck she probably won't crank. Leave in a few days. Have a power blower (fan) on it now to help dry it all out. Hoping that will help. A clean motor has to be happier. Couldn't help it, was bored, an anal perfectionist, and it was just on my list to do, since we got her a few months ago. Least I know it's clean.

Another pack of 10 LED's came in yesterday, need to go replace the halogen lights with them. Not just a replace as I have to modify each light. Also waiting for the new Eagle ER-1 sat dish controller to get her, UPS says Monday!
Oh yes, then the DW wants to work in the house.
Our engine is pretty clean since it' had it's second top end rebuild just a few months ago! Also on it's third turbo.

Acctually, the more I think of it, starter motors likely get soaked all the time from road spray. Dont think I'd want to stream water at the alternator thou.

Got six of the lights modified, waiting overnight for the glue to dry. Have two lights I can't get the covers off to do.

NASCAR starts at 4:15 today!

Don,
Darn'd ole' firemen, thinking of stuff like that! You ought to be ashamed. Too many hours away from home during the career. Good thing I don't think like that. :blink :
