Jack Fuse Keeps Failing

I have a 2015 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, the 10amp fuse in the top of the dash keeps failing. I replace it and use the automatic jacks, after driving I go to use them again and have to replace the fuse. Any ideas?

Welcome to iRV2.

If you don't blow the fuse during operation of the leveling jacks ; but it does blow when your driving the coach I would suspect that there is another load on the fuse .
Do you have any info from HR giving the correct fuse size for that location ?
Do you know the leveling jack manufacturer ?
Are you aware of any 12 volt system that quits while you're driving?

Here is what I did---

I have an older model Dutch Star with HWH jacks. It has a 40 amp fuse. It was continually blowing the fuse or melting the fuse holder. After about the 4th time, I was really frustrated, so I installed a 40 amp auto breaker. That was about 8 years ago, and I have had NO problems what so ever with it.

I did have some problems with the jacks, so I made it a point to go to the thriving metropolitan city of Moscow, Iowa (with an appointment)

They checked out the jacks and said that all four were bad. They sold me four re-built jacks for the same price I could have gotten ONE new one, and I have had no further problems. That was about 4 years ago.

If it is in the chassis fuse box it sounds like a warranty issue for the chassis. If the coach has tied into an auxiliary fuse it sounds like their issue as it would be if they piggy backed onto a chassis system. What does that fuse feed according to the chassis owners manual?
