Jacks will not retract. HWH leveling system

I have one jack that does not come up. If I stick a shovel or spade under the pad it comes up really easy, it seems I have some weak springs due to the age of my coach.

Low fluid would only cause the jack not to extend it would not affect retraction. Extend the jack then clean the shaft completely (spray it down with WD40 or such and wipe clean). Next spray the shaft with dry silicon spray. If the jack has a zerk fitting give it a shot of grease. Retract and extend jack. You may have to do this more than one time.

And if I recall your fluid tank is actually a part of the pump motor assembly. Crawl under the coach and look for the slide out pump and see if it has a tank attatched, I think they used that same pump for the slide.
