If your radio and leveler system are taking a feed from the same 10 amp fuse, in the ACC possison, it sounds like that circuit would be very easy to over load. You may want to look into having the HWH feed moved to a dedicated fuse, check to see if a larger fused circuit is required in the HWH wiring install info.
Murphy's Law states that it will fail again, at the worst possible time.
