Jensen 12 volt only TV

I have 2 Jensen 12 volt only TV's. There is a small blue light that is on all the time to let you know there is current coming through. Something went wrong. The blue light in bedroom is gone and the one on living room is doing a fast blink. I've checked fuses on panel on bed frame but they're all ok. Are there more fuse boxes on 2014 Thor Windsport 32A? Any ideas how to fix?

I did finally do that and the voltage is normal. I had my manual awning converted to electric and I'm wondering if when he connected to a line that wasn't being used that somehow he caused a surge that burnt out both TV's?
