JOSAM Orlando--another big thumbs up

I was pleased to read the positive experiences of other board members with Josam's (Joe-Sam's) alignment shop, so being fairly close-by I thought I'd treat my new to me Knight to some TLC.
I call early Monday and had my pick of Wednesday or Thursday for my service. I wanted front alignment, rear checked, ride height set and corner weighing. I was given an estimate of $466. (parts could change that of course), which seemed very fair.
I arrived around 9, they were expecting me around 9:30. As Barry & I were going over the service write-up I asked about availability of Michelin tires. The tires I had chosen were not in stock, but a call confirmed they were "on the truck" for delivery. By the time we were done with the write-up my coach was inside with the alignment devices attached. The initial check showed a Caster issue, and that tire was worn in a fashion that required it to be replaced before the work could be done. So they weighed my coach and backed it outside.
Not wanting to delay me they sent a guy to pick up another set of tires. The tire tech delayed his lunch to get the new tires mounted so the alignment tech could get right on it after his lunch break.

I was paid and out the door by 1:30.

The invoice shows great detail on all elements of the work done, and of course I was provided the before/after worksheets of the alignment work and the corner weighing.

All said, I couldn't be happier with the folks and the work at Josam's!!!

Glad you had a good experience.

They have a good reputation, but I was put off by the service manager having me cool my heels standing outside his open office door for 15 minutes while he rambled on in an obviously non-business conversation with another employee. I left and ended up having the alignment done at the Freightliner factory service center in Gaffney. By the way, they charge $180 for four wheel alignment and $50 for four corner weigh. Great place to have service if you have their chassis.
