You gonna full time or part time. We use ours all the time so stuff like washer dryer was important. Convection microwave also along with satellite tv for wife as she has some programs she likes to watch while on the road.

Have you considered a used coach?

Used rigs can save a lot of money, or you could be buying someone else's problems like we did!

Not full timing. and yes used is a big possibility.

You should probably extend your search to other brands. Two companies come to mind - Tiffin and Newmar. Both build very good gas coaches and have excellent customer service. Tiffin is the second largest gas coach builder as well. Check out their popular 36LA and 31SA floorplans.

I guess it depends on what price point you are shopping at. Some entry level motorhomes might need additional cost to add what I would call basic items like generator, roof air, leveling jacks, inverter, power entry step. Also, I'm a big fan of double pane windows.

Those 2 brands were the only ones our local dealer carries. as for price range, we are in the under 120 range.

I looked at the Georgetown when I was first interested in updating my 1997 Adventurer and I was not impressed at all with any of the quality on the inside. Was close to a Tiffin but we liked the Winnebago layout better and the quality as well. Good luck with your search.

The only option not on my new coach that I miss is the smart wheel.

I originally purchased a 2yr old Georgetown... I immediately discover I had made a mistake... I received no help from Forest River on known problems... Some serious safety concerns.. Jack failure and deploying at speed... , collapsing front steps, slide issues...to name a few.. I traded it in 10 month after I brought it for a 10 year old Newmar Mountain aire.. Very happy with my decision ....I've had my Newmar MA for almost a year now without an issue... I am also very happy with Newmar attention to customer service....
Do your homework... Checkout the Forest River Forum ...The Georgetown is entry level.. And the build quality is not up to par with a tiffin or newmar...
Whatever you decide good luck and enjoy the lifestyle ..
