Everything depends on where the kink is, and how much good tube you have before / after the kink, Photo would be nice.
1) Cut the tube at the kink, then flare the ends and re-connect them with a flare fitting.
2) Or, do as Adam recommended, replace the bad portion with hose. If you do this, use only Fuel injection quality hose and clamps. AND, where you connect the hose to the tube, put a small flare (lip) on the end of the tube. enough so the hose will slide on, but after you put your clamp on the hose, it will not be able to slide off.
Your carb fuel pressure is probably only 6 psi, but I always recommend Fuel Injection hose, just so people don't use the first kind of hose or tube they can find. Fuel injection hose is made for high pressure gasoline.
I've replaced entire rusted out fuel lines using FI hose.
I also recommend fuel injection clamps. These differ from the worm gear clamps in two ways, They squeeze with a solid band all the way around the hose, they don't damage the hose when tighten by squeezing the hose out through the grooves in the worm gear.
