Find the Battery Control Center and you will find at least two of the three. The 30 amp main could be near the steps; inline.

I'll confirm the post. Which fuse(s) in the BCC can vary. With may rigs the steps are powered off the chassis battery so if you have the battery disconnect tripped for the chassis the steps won't work. Two fuses minimum. 25 amp for the motor and 5 amp for the controller. There might be a third 5 amp for the "locked out" switch.

Please tell us where you found your fuses & relay so we can all learn. I for one, keep records & bookmarks of important posts for future reference.

They are in the 1st basement compartment on the drivers side where the inverter is located.
I can not post from the iRV2 app on my iPhone. I must go to the browser and log on to the iRV2 web site and sign on and then post. I didn't know why, any suggestions

Have you tried a dry lubricate at all the pivot points? The step controller works by measuring the motor current demand. There no limit switches or shut to tell the controller when to stop. Instead it measure motor current demand and once the current exceeds a set point the controller shuts off. So when the steps are fully extend and at the mechanical limits of movement the motor bogs down and the controller shuts off power. Same on retract. But if the steps are binding and in need of attention you'll get the same effect.
Another possible problem could be poor grounding between the controller and the chassis. And be careful work on the steps with power available. Get you fingers in the wrong place when the steps are move can be a quite a bit more than painful.
Here's a link to a an service manual for just about every step Kwikee makes. Around page 30 are maintenance instructions.

I have lubed the steps regularly. The ground wire connection looks good. Thanks for the explanation on the step controller. I think my next step is a visit to a repair shop, being "on the road" It will be a guess

Up date on fuse locations. On the fuse block in the drivers side compartment. 5amp fuses at G-5 & F-6. A resettable relay at G-6. (Remove the relay for 30 seconds and reinstall)
