I just put down a deposit on a special edition CrossCountry 385DS with the 360XT and Allison 3000. Basically, a CrossCountry on a Pathfinder Chassis. Supposed to pick it up on April 5th, assuming all goes as planned. Glad to hear folks are having good luck and are satisfied with the product at this price point!

Sweet, you will enjoy the additional power and added features of the 3000 trans even thought the 340/2500 does the job! Have fun.

Thanks mvpmich! I decided on this particular one because I wanted the 10K hitch so I could tow my suburban. With four or more kids, there aren't many options to tow along and I have 2 suburbans already

I understand. We don't have the "people" issue but are currently looking for toad that fits our towing capacity and find ourselves limited by what fits our specific criteria. A larger towing capacity might expand the search opportunities. For the time being we will continue to use the dolly and one of our existing vehicles until the right toad can be found.

We tow a 2006 Jeep Commander, has third row seating in the back and tows 4 down. The third row seats are tight, but for kids they're great.
