lci electronic leveling panel

I have had service techs come to my home to look at why the levelers don't work. They pretend to know, then they bill me for the service call. One particular tech determined that the electronic panel was bad. He did some extensive continuity and voltage tests. He said he had to take the panel with him so that he could locate one or a suitable replacement. This is me. I haven't heard from him. He doesn't return my calls. He did take my money and the lci electronic leveling panel. I can't use my RV. I am out a part to show a decent rv repair center and have a gaping hole in my RV's dashboard. I need help. Does anyone have any suggestions on replacing the control panel or a place that can install a whole new leveling system that is not Lippert? Lippert's suggestion was for me to drive my RV to their shop in Goshen, Indiana. That is an 1800 mile trip one way. They said they no longer provide the panel I need. WOW!. My level of trust is too high.

Bad situation. If you have that techs phone number, then you can get his address, drive to him and demand the control back.

Next, you say you can't use the RV. Jacks are down? A good tech would be able to hot wire the retract valve. Or, crack open a pipe and allow the ATF to drain.

Finally, when you do get the control back, a good electronics tech (TV repair shop) should be able to ascertain whether the device is repairable. You could also take it to a local college with an electronics program and have the 2nd year class work on it.

I just came through a week or the jacks were fully extended and unable to retract on my four month old Serrano. After telephone calls to Gary at Lippert's levelling Service Dept, trying to troubleshoot a manual fix, it was decided that a new valve was needed. In order to cover all of the possibilities, Gary ship a complete pump assembly to me. A local tech put it on and it solve the problem. I am impressed with the service that Lippert's provided, but disappointed the failure happened so soon.
