LD Crown Club Service experience?

We are in the process of purchasing our first "Crown Club" eligible coach from Lazydays, and while I don't care that much about a private campground, swimming pool, or even the free food, I am interested in the "personal service tech", and the general service experience for CC folks these days. I have read some older threads on the topic, and am interested in experience within the last year or so.

Our coach is to be delivered in late November. One reason I went with LD is they are fairly close at 2.5 hrs away, but more importantly, I had to have my current rig towed there after a major brake system failure about a year ago, and I was very pleased with the quality of service I received on my coach, which I did not purchase there. I am hoping for the same or better service with the CC, and would be interested to hear the latest experiences.

Thank you,

It's been a two years since we were eligible, so I can't help with the real recent stuff. However, the CC service area is excellent and ultra-accommodating, though you still have to keep on top of things via your "personal" person. Probably one of the big advantages is having the coach in the CC park adjacent to the service bays and the ability to stay in the coach at night, even if it is actually in a bay yet. Very convenient. The social & meal part of CC is also a real treat and helps while away the time.

The disappointing thing for us is that it still seems to take a 3-5 days to get things done. But, like you, we live two hours away and could always go home and come back if we wanted. Usually we stayed, though, since we could use the coach evenings and the club during the day, plus the Tampa area has plenty to do as well.

Bought used 2012 Winnebago at LD. last year. Great experience! CC was very nice and personal service rep. Came everyday to check on things that needed work. Stayed there 8 days. Would do it again for next purchase.
