Leaf springs squeaking-help

I have a 99 Winnebago 35 ft adventurer and recently hear a substantial squeak when I walk around it (without the jacks down) It seems to be the back ones and never really noticed this before. Anything I should be doing to stop this squeaking, it's pretty loud. A visual inspection looks like they are fine, just making noise. Any specific help would be appreciated

I assume you have leaf springs. If so I had that problem on a 87 Pace Arrow. At the end of each spring leaf I drove a large screw driver under the leaf and squirted oil under the leaf. It quieted it down & I don't remember have to do it again. Good Luck;

Don

Problem is that leaf springs rely on interleaf friction to provide a lot of damping effect, so destroying that damping means the shock absorbers might not be able to do the whole job on their own.
