Leak!

My best guess is we have a serious problem. We have been experiencing water under the hide a bed on the passenger side for 2 or 3 weeks we managed to dry it out with towels and a fan 2 weeks ago. The carpet and floor were/are as of the last week soaked again and we were approved by Entegra to call someone out to inspect while in New Orleans. They could not understand how water could get in the slide. Entegra told them to come back and spray water on that side for a half hour. Said they would return and we never saw them again. We are home now and it has been chilly so we have the AC off and floor heat..both electric and occasionally Aqua on and off again as the weather here has been cold/hot off and on...although the night before we came back there was a huge front that came through N.O..

I am now concerned we may have a hydronic heat leak or possibly laminate. We also have someone scheduled to come tomorrow in order to check topside. I am looking for anyone else on this forum that has "experienced" our symptoms only. Thanks!

We do not have an Entegra, but we were parked next to someone who does. They had a leak in a slideout very much as you have described. They tried everything to stop it, resealed the roof line, the slide out top, and other things. Turned out that water was getting inside the round docking light on the outside of the coach and ending up in the floor of the slide out.

Great! Glad you found the source and glad it wasn't something really serious.

Thought i would post this since it is similar.

I noticed water standing on the kitchen counter top just they other day. Dried it off and after a bit, noticed more. Got to looking and found water around and under the base of the single lever kitchen faucet. Went underneath and sure enough, found the water feed lines also wet. Turned out to be the O-rings inside the faucet itself which let water escape when it was turned on. Not much but it would have ended up bad if i hadn't caught it.

Couldn't find the O-rings in the small town we were in so ended up replacing the whole faucet.
