When warming up the "open loop" mode should cause somewhat of a rich condition so... Headers = more air but the ECM should adjust the pulse width of the injector to compensate when it goes into "closed loop" mode so I am not sure. How did you determine the #10 was lean?

Do you have the specific error code?
Rear cylinders are typically the leanest anyhow, however you really shouldn't have an issue but based on what you are saying it sounds like the Banks pushed it over the edge. Also not sure how OBD II can determine a specific cylinder that is lean, typically it can only determine an issue with a bank of cylinders.
Have you updated the ECM for the headers? Sometimes this will happen and the fueling and MAF need to be corrected.
Also, check for an exhaust leak.

I have a 1999 V-10 with headers and I just added the CAI. I have been listening to the motor when I start it now as I am doing some repairs and not driving and it seems to be adjusting itself to the additional air it is getting. I thought this was done automatically as a result of what the ECM is getting from the O2 sensors and others. Why do you seem to say it needs help making the adjustments?

You have slightly modified the factory calibrations of air/fuel. Usually it will correct the mixture through the fuel trims but if you are getting errors they may be skewed too far. I doubt that is the case with just a CAI, but I have seen a few over the years that have had issues and the tuning needs to be changed.
Did you clean the MAF? Also, does the CAI use an oiled air filter? If an oiled air filter the MAF will need to be cleaned more often as these filters can contaminate the hot wires in the MAF used to determine air flow.
If you are getting error codes I would clean the MAF first and go from there.
What are your error codes? How do you know its a specific cylinder that is lean?
