Absolutely nothing fancy here, just have to get my unit protected from this Texas sun. It's 14wX 40D X16H the beauty of it is my neighbor gave me all the materials, more than enough to build what I need. The siding is like new. It is further along than what you see it's a old picture, I will add another section for my hobby shop once this is enclosed

GK polishing services
GK Polishing storage is full service company with a customer focus.
They park and take the unit out of storage as required. They will pick you up and take you to the facility. We usually take our car to the facility and they store it in the motorhome's spot when we are gone.
If you want to wash your unit or service it they move it to a "customer" bay next to their detailing shop. You have full access to the facility.
They have 50 amp service if you want to keep it plugged in or they will provide battery maintainers. They do monthly service checks on battery, tire pressure, oil levels, washer fluid etc. You work with them to develope the check list.
Washing, waxing, detailing some or all of the motorhome is available. We get our exterior detailed once a year.

Well.... It started today. Kind of....
The grader came out and removed the top soil. The materials are scheduled to be delivered on February 16.
Interestingly enough, what started out as a garage for the Motorhome will now be a Garage for the 5er, as we are picking up a new Sandpiper 376BHOK this weekend. Motorhome is sold.

I posted a while back the pics of my RV Barn. Since then, I've added an additional garage door on the rear side, so I can now pull-through. Last weekend, I pulled in and broke the edge of my concrete. When I designed the barn, I had a 34' 24,000 lb coach, now we have a tag axle 45,000 lb coach. It was loud when it busted! So now we cut out the broken part and are pouring a 12" thick apron to prevent this from happening again.

Great job! I like the floorplan on this one. I could see finishing out a small apartment on one end and have plenty of room indoor for the toys..

Great idea on that marker line. I suppose you've thought of an additional backup light shining down on that white line? Good for night docking...

Here is my cover, I know its not a typical garage/carport but building codes would not allow a large garage in my back yard and the carport companies wanted $7500 so I built this myself for under $3000, we don't get much rain here in Vegas and no snow so I just wanted to keep the hot sun off but still be able to have both slide outs out and use RV.
Yes its been up for a year and has handled the high winds here in Vegas just fine, so far it survived a 60 mph wind.
