Are you looking to buy a MH, a garage, a house with a garage? And does where in the country matter?

I think he means that he is interested in a used MH that has been garaged kept when not in use. In my opinion, one that has been kept like that is worth way, way more than one that has been sitting outside, even if they have had a cover on them.
Mine is 17 years old, has been garaged kept, and shows it, but if I decided to sell, I know it wouldn't bring what I think it is worth.

Here's ours. 24'x40'x14'; door 14'x14'; side door on left side near front; wired for 30amp and 50 amp, 10 double 110 outlets, 2 ceiling fans, and all LED ceiling lighting. Package came with 5" pad w/rebar included. I did all my own wiring. Engineered and rated for 120mph winds. We love it.

Here's one more. I don't know why the original "upload" did not allowed me to upload one more. Anyway, I hope you are able to build the dock of your dreams. Good luck.

I give up. You can get the gist of the completed dock from what I've already sent.

That is exactly what I meant. I'm just hoping I find someone that wants my family to pay a fair price for a way better than average MH. The years of hard work and maintenance will be much appreciated.

We closed on a piece of property about a year ago after a 2 year search to find the "perfect" place. First project was to build our RV barn and then the construction of our new retirement home will start soon.
I had Morton construct this building for me, they were fantastic to work with and will build our home as well. I insulated with open cell foam, installed 3 tons of geothermal HVAC (3 loop wells to a depth of 300 feet) and I installed 7.125 Kw of solar power, which has turned out to be not quite enough so am installing another 1.5 Kw in July. The main barn area is 34' x 60', the garage doors are 14' x 14' and 10' x 12'. Full hook ups inside the barn and 2 full hook up sites in the parking area outside the barn. There is a 12' x 40' workshop on the side of the barn and a 12' x 20' porch which will be screened in tomorrow. I poured 120 yards of concrete, the workshop and porch are 4", everything else is 6" and reinforced with 1/2" rebar on 12" centers (4,000 psi). The main barn area is large enough that I can store the coach with slides open and still get my scaffolding around the bus with room to spare. I have also installed LED lighting throughout.
So amazing to be able to finally work on the coach in climate controlled space!
